It's a funny thing in Japan that the bright and shocking, outrageously coloured dyed hair is is almost always on people above 60 rather than teens or university students. Kids get excluded from school for dyed hair - I wonder if this suited man owns his own company?
Tonight the older woman in front of me in line at the supermarket had exactly the same color hair! I hadn't seen that in a long time and immediately thought of your picture. Is it a fad sweeping the geezer nation?
